1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Calamoria online store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products, including Pens & Writing Instruments, Notebooks & Journals, and File Folders & Storage. Calamoria reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You must not:
- Use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose;

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Calamoria strives to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, Calamoria reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Calamoria accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. All payments are processed securely, and Calamoria does not store full payment card details. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; Calamoria may cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Calamoria ships to addresses within the regions specified on the Site. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Calamoria is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.
6. Refund and Return Policy
You may return most unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] for a return authorization and instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned items. The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-engraved writing instruments;
- Opened notebooks or journals;
- Items marked as final sale.
Calamoria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Calamoria or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Calamoria. The Calamoria name and logo are trademarks of Calamoria and may not be used without express authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calamoria, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
